1. No Returns & No Refunds
All sales are final.
We follow a No Return and No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Replacement requests must meet the eligibility conditions mentioned below.
3. Eligible Cases for Replacement
Replacement will be accepted only in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Product has a manufacturing defect
4. Replacement Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is mandatory as proof
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved:
- Our team will verify the issue
- A replacement product will be shipped within a reasonable timeframe
- Replacement is subject to product availability
